This website is operated by Zig Travel, LLC. (“Zig Travel”) for the purpose of informing customers/clients and potential clients about our services for travel and related activities. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zig Travel, LLC. Zig Travel, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. “Services” refers to all of the travel related services offered and provided to clients and customers of Zig Travel and may in the proper context refer to the sales and services offered and provided by Third Parties (e.g., hotels, airlines, tours, transfers, cruises, and other booking agents) who are not under the control of Zig Travel.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing our website and contracting any services. By accessing or using any part of the site for informative purposes, utilizing our travel booking services, or subscribing to Zig Sailing Insider, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not further access the website or use any Services. These Terms and Conditions are not, in themselves, an offer; however, if these Terms and Conditions are considered or interpreted to be an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
TRAVEL AGENT
Zig Travel, LLC. and its owners, shareholders, officers, employees, independent agents and affiliated entities (collectively referred to as “Zig Travel”) act as sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). Zig Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide Services or adhere to their own schedules. Zig Travel’s’ independent contractor agents operate as independent businesses from Zig Travel. Zig Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of its independent agents.
Zig Travel assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by any of the following: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Zig Travel’s’ direct control; and (4) any Supplier price drop after your travel arrangements have been confirmed, paid in full, or ticketed. YOU HEREBY RELEASE ZIG TRAVEL FROM ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF ANY PROBLEM COVERED IN THIS PARAGRAPH.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
Zig Travel is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
SERVICE FEES
Zig Travel charges the following fees for booking airplane tickets and planning trips.
- Domestic air ticket: $45 pp
- International air ticket: $55 pp
- Ticket exchanges & refunds: $35 pp. Please Note: Airline fees are separate from our service fees
- 3-day trip complete – $150
- International 1-week trip complete for 6 person – $600
- Expedited planning 30 days or less -starts at $250
PRICE CHANGES
All prices for travel related bookings are subject to change prior to purchase. Travel arrangements are also subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government after you have completed your purchase. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. By accepting your itinerary or invoice, you hereby consent to those terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION
Please be aware that many travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
If for any reason, any Supplier (that is, travel service provider) is unable to provide the Services for which you have contracted, your remedy (if any) lies against the Supplier, and not against Zig Travel. Further, in the event that payment has been made to Zig Travel by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Zig Travel. If Zig Travel incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by Zig Travel to you, constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Zig Travel does not place or broker insurance; Zig Travel is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy in accordance with such companies contract, policies, and procedures.
LIABILITY
Zig Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any Supplier (that is, travel service provider) or of any third party. In addition and without limitation, Zig Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or Services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner’s risk. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. You specifically agree that Zig Travel is not liable for any consequential loss or damage.
PASSPORTS & IDENTIFICATION
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. You are responsible for confirming with the United States Department of State or representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. A government issued ID approved by the TSA is required for air travel within the USA.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents include, without limitation, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions such as, but not limited to, being non-refundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. Any errors in names, dates and timings may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking.
HEALTH & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please advise your consultant of any special requirements you may have, for example, special meals, medical requirements and so on.
NO SPECIAL KNOWEDLGE OF CONDITIONS
Zig Travel has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, Zig Travel recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov.
For medical information, Zig Travel recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel.
You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). YOU HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE ZIG TRAVEL FROM ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF ANY PROBLEM COVERED IN THIS PARAGRAPH.

Zig Travel is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or Services of third-parties.
Zig Travel is not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Zig Travel reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Zig Travel undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using this site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. INDEMNIFICATION
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS ZIG TRAVEL AND OUR PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, INTERNS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD-PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE DOCUMENTS THEY INCORPORATE BY REFERENCE, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF A THIRD-PARTY.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of Zig Travel to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by Zig Travel on this site or in respect to the Services of Zig Travel constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services of Zig Travel, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby Zig Travel provides you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
